Yes. A Day Pass is $35 and gets you the coworking space, high-speed Wi-Fi and the coffee bar during business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. If you need a door that closes, Office for a Day is $50. Become a member within 7 days of your Day Pass and you get a special discount.
Every membership includes community events, workshops, member discounts and access to the people in the room. The 4-, 8- and 20-day memberships also include monthly meeting room hours — 2, 4 and 16 hours respectively — so you have somewhere private when a client call turns into a client meeting.
No. Memberships are monthly. You get a professional address and a private office without the expense, build-out and multi-year commitment of a traditional commercial lease.
Yes. A Mailbox Membership is $59/month with a one-time $25 setup fee, and gives you a business address plus secure mail handling. Business address and mail services are already included with every office membership.
No. The Gumbo Pot™ books hourly at $35, half-day at $120 for 4 hours, or full-day at $200 for 8 hours. Podcast equipment rents for $35. If you record regularly, the $195/month Podcast Membership includes 6 studio hours and the equipment.
Weeknights from 6:00 to 10:00pm and weekends from 10:00am to 10:00pm. The space is 900 square feet with movable furniture, seating for 30 to 50, a large kitchen with a 9-foot island, a TV for presentations and a whiteboard.
